High pitch squeal

When I make phone calls i get a high pitch squeal throughout the call.

Does that only occur through the phone speaker? How about when using a wired or Bluetooth headset? Did this just start? Any recent trauma or water damage to the phone?

Not through speaker phone. Caller doesn't hear it. I don't use a headset.

Reboot doesn't help?
