High Privilege Mode?

Hello.

I'm having trouble using Android Pay - usual message about Android unable to verify software etc.

The issues is my HTC One M7 is stock from 02 UK, I've never rooted it etc. Running 5.0.2 Android.

After running a (free) AVG check , a message about my phone running a high Privilege Mode popped up.

1. Is this why Android Pay won't et me load cards? (It thinks my phone is rooted)
2. What can I do to undo / alter privilege mode? (If anything )
