Hisense Sero 7 Pro Update?

I heard a while back that the Hisense Sero 7 Pro was supposed to get an Android version bump in the "fall".
We're well into the fall - has anyone heard anything about this or have any insider info?
Just curious - I'm very happy with the tablet and would just like to know that the mfg is going to keep it fresh.

I emailed them and they are still saying the fall it will be released. I'm hoping before the end of November.
