Hiw to fix HTC One M7?

[Android Central Question]

My htc one m7 won't turn on fully, it only shows starting htc white screen and then turns off by itself, when I try fastboot or factory reset it doesn't work, I can move up and down with volume buttons but once I press power button to choose something phone freezes, also it says locked on top, left (under the power button)

Welcome to Android Central! The battery might be failing. You'd have to bring the phone to a repair shop (or think about getting a new phone, considering how old that one is).
