Hold + Letter = Cap Letter

I am making the transition from a Blackberry Torch to a Samsung Stratosphere (with hard keyboard) and so far am loving the new platform.

Only real problem I am having is trying to locate an app that makes the hard keyboard keys capitalize a letter if it is held down (like on the Blackberry) - is there such a thing?

Or is this a friggin' patented feature on Blackberry that cannot be done on any other keyboard?
