Hold music

Is there an app or a way that I could get music to play when I put people on hold. I want some real elevator type music if possible.

there's no "hold" function per se so I don't think that it could be done. an application would need to know when you put someone on hold. now if an application listened in on your conversation than maybe.... but I would not be comfortable with an application listening to my phone calls.
