Holding Menu button at Home screen

I don't know if anyone knows this or if it has any importance to anyone but holding the capacitive menu buttin at the home screen will take you to Google Now where you get to choose to search with keypad or voice.

I see. What pops up for you is what pops up for me when I hold the home button.

You dont need to hold the home button, just the menu button.

That is what I said, just phrased it wrong. You need to hold the menu button, but it doesn't work while in a app so you need to do it from the "home screen"
