Home button not working

I just got this phone (refurbish) not too long ago and ever since I got it I have been having some issues with the home button. I upgraded to the galaxy s7 egde and maybe three months after having it my screen shattered. They replaced it because I have variety, however the one they gave me, the home button is useless. Is there a possible solution for this .. did i mistakingly press something not giving me access to a home button or would I have to get another refurbished phone?

It sounds like you might have to get the phone replaced again.

Return the phone and get another one, this is why I'm scared of buying refirb phones
