Home Button options - where are they?

Since I got my S4, I have one thing I hate about it...

When it is in my pocket, the home button gets pressed and then the lockbscreen keeps making noises and it also runs my battery down. Didn't have this issue with my S3.

How do I tun off the home button function for waking up the screen and make it so only the side power button wakes up the screen?
