Home screen transition voice assist

My Galaxy S2 got a Jelly bean update through OTA last week. After the upgrade, for every home screen transition, it keeps announcing that like "Page 1 of 5", "Page 2 of 5" etc. How do I switch this off?

Talkback is Off. The culprit is NoLED, which was on. But why Samsung is doing this? NoLED has nothing to do with Voice assist.
