Does anyone else have any problems when unlocking phone and looking at the homescreen, it glitches at the top? Like it shows the bottom of the wallpaper? I have changed background and it still does it..

No. I haven't. Maybe to can screen record and let us see it

Also try restarting the device

I agree, restart the device. Keep in mind that when you just hit "Restart", it's a Hot Restart and not a real power-down and reboot. To do it the "Hard Restart" way, power off and then back on.

You can also try clearing the Cache on the Launcher app as well. See if that helps. (Go into Settings > Apps > One UI Home (or your Launcher if not using stock) > Storage > Clear Cache)
