Homescreen Replacement, DINC4G, and ICS

I have ADW EX and I like it much better than stock ICS or Sense homescreen customization. My only complaint currently is that given there are only 3 hardware buttons the menu button appears on my homescreen...

So how do I get rid of it? Or is it just a matter of waiting for ADW to come out with an update?

Try Nova Launcher. I used it on my Nexus and it is highly customizable. You can have up to 7 shortcuts in the dock, and can also set the dock up to scroll if you want more. Too many things to list on how to personalize it. Another you may want to check out is Apex Launcher - a number of people use that as well with ICS.
