Guys, I'm really torn between the G2 & Note3...so I'm looking for some honest thoughts and opinions on this phone.

Any insight would be appreciated!

No offense, but you should really just browse around the forum...there is tons of info.

You also need to more specific on what you are looking for in a phone, and what you would be doing with it.

If you want a phablet and think you will actually use the s-pen, go with the note 3. If you want something closer to a phone size but still with some good screen real estate, go with the g2. Under the hood they are essentially the same(except the extra gig of ram on the note). If you take a lot of photos on your phone go with the g2. The camera had ois while the note does not. Both will be great devices, it really is just preference. I didn't think I would use the s-pen much and wanted the slightly smaller form factor, so I went with the g2. I love it but the note 3 will certainly be a good device. Good luck on your decision, either will be better than whatever you use now.

I agree with others in that you're asking to compare two different animals here. I think the G2 vs the S4 is a more valid comparison. Either you want a phablet or no. But for arguments sake...

I like the Samsung Calendar widget way better. and I think over-all most of the default apps are just a little better in Samsung land.
I think I like the lack of side buttons more then I like the buttons on the back, if you get my meaning. I hated hitting side buttons when ever I picked up the phone or tried to take a pic.
ISP Screens are much better then amoled, IMHO. I dig the saturated colors of amoled, but not enough to overcome the ability to see a screen in bright sunlight.
Knock Knock is great when it works, really hope they get this one working better, I find myself knocking on my iPad all the time.
Can't compare battery life, but it is stellar on the G2 in my experience.
I think you're splitting hairs on the cameras
