AC Question

I have read a recent article regarding the accessing a public wifi connection. It says that your privacy may be hacked in a several ways.
I have 4 main concerns:
1- ssl strip (It says that it can converts your https into http. Which is serious in a way I can not understand :D.
2- Honeypot, I forgot it's hazards.
3- MITM
4- installation of an app which can allow the hacker to remotely track and control the phone.
My question is quite complex:
1- How to know that I have ever hacked?
2- Does phones naturally protects against the above four points?
3- Is there any app that can scan my phone to detect that mal wares (or whatever it is called) like PCs?
4- How to detect harmful apps that allow remotely control my phone?

I hope my questions to be answered comprehensively . Also I hope the first 4 points to be explained in the same manner, please.

Thanks a lot.
