Honor 4X - PHONE LOCKED

[AC Question]

Hi, My huawei 4X went to Fastboot & rescue mode unable to turn on. It shows
Fastboot & rescue mode

Please connect cable to your computer and open hisuite

Phone locked.

I tried connecting my phone to system, Hisuite not recognising my phone it shows "not connected"

Please Help...
