Honor 5X charging profile

Here is the charging profile using a Samsung fast adaptive charger.

I'm sorry I didn't get it.
Does the 5X charge at a faster rate using a 2A charger compared to the in-box charger?
I read on the XDA review that the battery takes just 1A even with faster chargers.

That seems really slow. 3+ hours to charge using such a fast charger. Looks like I'll have to consider the Honor 7 over this.
