Honor have produced some very interesting phones of late. The latest model offers a 5.5" 1080p LCD display, up to 64gb storage (expandable)/4gb RAM, dual 12mp camera, FPS, fixed 3340mAh battery, dual SIM, a host of other goodies and, pleasingly, a much lower price than you'd expect. It ships with Marshmallow and is available in a range of four colours.

Is the dual camera setup the same as on the honor 8?

When I look at smartphones, the i first look at price and then look at the specs. When i see 64GB storage combined with 4GB RAM and a sub <$250 price tag. You know you getting good value there. Definitely worth a look and Honor has peaked my interest.

The dual camera is not the same as the honor 8. It is not dual 12mp.
The 6x has a 12mp main lens with a second lower res monochrome lens.

Nope. primary is 12 MP while additional is 2 MP to give depth of the field and not the 12 MP monochrome
