Android Central Question

Hey everyone, I had the battery replaced in my Honor 8 and decided it's time for a factory reset after 2 years of use. I did so in the recovery menu, but after setting the phone up I realised that there are basic, default applications missing. There's no clock app for example, I can't even set an alarm. I also can't find NFC in the settings anymore and can't turn bluetooth on.
I haven't rooted the phone, everything is updated in HiSuite (7.0, EMUI 5.0.4, B416).

Welcome to Android Central! Just to be sure -- you're looking in the App Drawer, right? If you go to Settings>Apps, then tap Menu>Show System, does the Clock app show up as Disabled?

Hi, i have the same issues, my bluetooth doesn't go On when i toggle the switch and i don't have default app like notepad or clock app which is pretty annoying...

I check into Params -> Apps and there is nothing in the Desactived apps.

Any idea ?
