Honor 9 available for preorder in the UK for £380

The issue with Honor/Huawei in the United States, is we are a country full of idiots. There was a statement released by our government saying the Huawei is secretly spying on us for the Chinese government, via the data collected from their devices.

We are not a priority on the list of countries to get these phones. Also most people in the U.S. are dependant on the phone payment plans offered by carriers. None of the carriers will carry their devices because of that government statement.

What's the deal in the USA on the whole?do you guys mostly buy locked through a network provider and pay through contact.

Do you not have any contacts here in the UK to buy here unlocked and then ship. The £ is worth diddly squat still, so you could get a bargain.

I am on the largest USA carrier, Verizon, and they sell their 4glte phones factory sim unlocked. It still comes with carrier boat though, but you can use it on another carrier if desired, just make sure it has the bands and features that you need.

When you say contract, are you referring to service contracts? Those are pretty much gone across all carriers. But most people do finance contracts, typically 0% over 24 months but can be longer or shorter.

Most buy through carriers here, and i do too due to the deals.

Also T-Mobile won their lawsuit over Huawei stealing T-Mobile proprietary technology, and Huawei suing T-Mobile over patents don't help to strengthen huaweis bond with carriers.
