Horizontal - Keyboard Layout

When I hold the phone in horizontal mode, how can I make the keyboard layout all together and not split?

I assume you're using Samsung Keyboard, right? Tap the gear icon above the keyboard to get to the Samsung Keyboard settings, then Mode, and under Landscape View, choose Standard Keyboard.
