Hot Spot speeds on your S3?

I have an iPhone 5 now and use it for tethering. It is the most important feature for me and the iPhone works well.


I want to switch and get an android, most likely a S3 or 4


Can anyone comment on Hot Spot experiences, speeds......

I imagine it would be the same as the speeds you get now. I'm not in the habit of running a speed test everywhere I go.
