Hotspot Disappeared From Panel?

Has anyone else noticed their hotspot/tethering option has disappeared from the notification panel?
Any good apps / widgets that can provide me quick access to this?

All over Play - but the reason it's gone is probably that your carrier (who writes the update, and probably removed it) no longer supports it unless you pay for tethering. You can run the app, but your carrier will drop the packets, it won't forward them to the internet. (Usually - it could just be a change and you can use a hotspot, but that's not the usual situation.)
