Are you in an LTE area and if so are you in an area with a lot of wireless networks around? I ask because on my phone I get 20-35Mbps down and 4Mbps up while I'm at the office and 7-12Mbps down and 3Mbps up while at home and I get about the same on Mobile Hotspot while at home (7-12 down and 3 up), however when I tried Mobile Hotspot at the office I got like 2-3Mbps down and 1.5Mbps up. Now my office building is in an area surrounded by other office buildings and there are a ton of wireless networks set up so the channels and frequencies may be clashing. Just wondering if maybe you are in the same situation.

You 4G markets are so lucky. We get 4G but not until mid to later this year. Still my 3G service has been all over the place and mostly crapola in the d/l dept, like .5MB down if that.

I got 24 mg download in spots. Hell last night i used my hot spot to play black ops on line no lag what so ever!
