hi ,.... i have Galaxy s3 (GT-19300) android 4.3 and my mobile hotspot is not working . not even open .... plz help me to solve this problem... plzzzz

Was it working at one time? You can try to clear cache and app data on the hotspot app

Does your plan include hotspot?
