Hotspot Toggle

I've had the need lately to turn my phone into a hotspot quite a bit lately, but I'm annoyed at having to go settings/tethering/hotspot/toggle on. It's 2016 and I'm a spoiled, entitled brat and require instant gratification. I just want to turn it on with 1 simple tap. Is that possible? Doesn't seem to be a native setting to allow it. I can't even add that to my quick settings in the notification shade.

I've tried a couple different switches widgets, but they don't directly toggle hotspot on/off either.

Anyone have a solution or do I have to suffer through this tedious 4 step process?

Years from now I'll tell my grandkids tales of how turning hotspot on/off meant I had to tap my phone 4 times...going uphill...both ways...in the snow!! The struggle is real.

I use Power Toggles, and the hotspot toggle on it is a direct toggle, rather than a redirect to the settings menu.

What carrier do you have. I believe Mobile Hotspot should show up in the notification shade, but it might be carrier dependent. If it's not there, try QuickShortcut maker, do a "Normal" search for "hotspot" in the app, and have it create an activity shortcut for you on your desktop.
