Houston we have a problem

My g6 just crashed and became unresponsive after 2 weeks of flawless performance. It just crashed with a dim light across the display. No combo of buttons will wake it up. Placed it on charge and nothing.

Try these steps in order until one step works.

1. Try holding the power button down for up to 30 seconds.
2. Try holding the power button down for up to 1 minute with the wired charger connected.
3. Leave it as is until the battery dies, then try to charge it and power it on.
4. Call LG.
