How cam I make available space to download an update on my Note 3?

no available space to download update note3

I have 20.64GB free space available on my device and I still get the "no available space to download" mesage.

I'm not able to download the new updade from att because of that.

Does anyone knows a solution?

You could try clearing the cache in recovery:

1. Turn the power off.
2. Press the volume up+home+power keys until you feel the phone vibrate.
3. Release the power and home keys but continue to press the volume up key until you enter the Recovery menu.
4. Use the volume up or down keys to navigate and the power key to select the 'wipe cache partition option.
5. Select 'Reboot' when done.

Otherwise, a factory reset might do the trick.
