How can I access S-Memo files from Samsung cloud?

Access S-Memo files from Samsung cloud

My Note 1 is dead. Fortunately my files were backed up to the cloud. However, my new Note 4 only reads .spd S-Note files not the old .snb S-Memo files, so won't download them. How can I download them then convert them? The phone indicates I have 25MB stored in the cloud. Various conversion systems have been suggested on forums but all require the files to have been backed up on PC not in the cloud.

I posted on Q&A and got a response - "Are you able to download them to a PC? You can then try to upload them to your Google Drive to be converted." No, the files are in the cloud and I am unable to download them as I no longer have the original Note 1. I need to know how to access the files from the cloud.

From a pc login to your Samsung account, download the Snote for Windows and sync to the pc. All the notes should appear. Personally I would then transfer all to the Evernote cloud using import in Evernote. Then setup Evernote on the note 4 and sync to note 4.

Thanks for the reply. However, after reading other threads I had already done this, and SNote for PC only finds the files associated with my new Note4. I also downloaded Samsung Link. This program does find the files associated with the Note1 (or at least knows I hade a Note1 registered) but will not allow me to access them without loading Link onto that phone as well. is there any way to log into Samsung Cloud directly?

Not that I know of. I just had to login to my samsung account to access my old N8000 note 10.1 S. Memos.

Did you choose "import" in S Note from your Note 4?
