How can I add a POP3 to the Outlook App?

Using Outlook App

I recently upgraded from my Note 3 to the Note Edge, and on my Note 3 (yes I upgraded to Lollipop) I was using the Outlook App to manage my POP3 email account. Now on the Edge, when I go into the Outlook App to add my email account, POP3 is not an option. Does anyone know how to add a POP3 to the Outlook App. Microsoft is saying it is a Samsung issue, Samsung is saying it is a Microsoft issue.
