Can't add Italian and Polish language to "Input Languages" on Samsung Galaxy S5

Can't add Italian and Polish language to "Input Languages" on Samsung Galaxy S5.
The only available languages are some funny arabic or strange languages.
I need to have 3 languages for writing text messages. There is no option to import languages. I used to have those languages in the past

This is how it goes on my S5 - Language and Input, Default Samsung Keyboard, touch Samsung Keyboard, touch select input languages - you then have italiano and polski to download

It depends on which CSC, (Customer Software Customisation), code is on your phone's firmware, as to which language packs come pre-installed. See #1.8 of 41 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide. If it is purely for sending messages, then install something like SwiftKey Keyboard, free from the Play Store and you can download different language packs or do as BobLad suggests.
