How can I align the Screen to the botton, after I changed it's resolution

Hi,

I dropped my HTC One Mini 2 a few times on the ground, and now about 100 pixels from the top arent working. This is very annoying, because I can't pull down the Status Bar, or press Buttons.

I found some Apps that allow me to change the Screen Resolution. That helped alot. I just changed my resolution from 720x1280 to 720x1000.

The problem that I have, is that the screen always appears in the center.
So when I have 100px not working, I actually have to subtract 200, because it's subtracting 100 from the top, and 100 from the bottom.

Is there any way to align the screen to the bottom?
I hope you understand what I want to say and can help me.
