How can I allow an app to only run on Wifi?

I want to watch Netflix on my Galaxy S3 but I don't want to allow it to hog my data plan. How can I ensure that it will ONLY run on Wifi? Is there an application I can download that will not allow certain apps to use 3G/4G?

Lots of ways... Personally I use LBE Privacy Guard, it asks you what permissions you want to allow whenever you install an app.. kinda like the BB does.... Requires root however...

The most recent update of the Netflix app has this functionality built in.

Open the app, scroll all the way to the bottom, click on "account" and then click on the box for just wifi streaming.
