How can I change the color and size of font on the home screen on my s9+?

I cannot see the font that labels the folders on home screen. It's very annoying and it's almost like a have to use a magnifying glass!

I am visually impaired and this method on affects menus. It does not change the home screen fonts, which is very annoying. I am also running stock touch wiz.

I'm not sure about TouchWiz, but if you use Nova, you can easily adjust the size of text on the Homescreen.

Have you tried changing the screen resolution to hd+?
Or go to settings, accessibility, vision and check out the options magnifier window and magnification
