How can I change the color of blinking notification light on my Pixel 2?

I've made numerous attempts to find the answer in my notification settings. Cannot figure it out.

You can actually see the light unless you're really looking for it? (It's so tiny I usually don't notice it.)

Anyway, Light Manager works, but it's loaded with ads. Light Flow also works, but without so many ads. (And it controls vibration too.)
