How can I change the default storage to SD card for Screenshots on my LG G5?

Hi everyone! I'm a fresh adopter of the LG G5 and fairly new to Android in general. I am trying to figure out if it is possible to automatically save my Screenshots on a folder in my SD card, instead of the phone's internal storage (from which I will have to transfer files later on). I am trying to consolidate and organize all my photos, and it has been such a pain to have to move things around. I would appreciate any help anyone can extend to me. Thanks a lot!
