How can i change the lock screen clock position on a note 9

I just want to know how to move the clock on my lockscreen from being centered to somewhere on the top right or top left

I don't believe that is possible. Unless you can find a theme that does it.

The clock position is random and changes occasionally to reduce chances of burn in.

To change the style of the clock, visit Settings -> Lock screen and security -> Clock and FaceWidgets -> Clock style

Use Goodlock 2018 and you can make your own custom lock screen

True. However it's only available in a handful of countries. (Samsung if I didn't like my Galaxy Note 9 soooooo much I'd hate you )

It's not available in my country but I got it.
1. Turn off phone
2. Remove SIM
3. Clear data of Galaxy App Store from Settings
4. Run a VPN and set to USA or any other country that has it available (I used Windscribe and it worked, Psiphon also worked for me before)
5. Open Galaxy Store and download Good Lock and then after installing open it and install all the other stuff in it.
6. Profit.
