How can I change the photo for "my local profile?"

hey guys,

i went wp style for about 6 months but now i'm back to android with my first nexus device. very excited about the phone, but i can't figure out if it's possible to switch my 'ME' picture. currently it shows my google+ profile pic, but i would prefer if it showed my FB pic.

i just found out recently that i need to use ubersync for my friends' profile pictures to show up in my contact list, so i have no idea if this is even a possibility.

Yes. When you go to your contacts, i.e. the People app, the very top entry should be 'ME'. You can edit your photo there.

No, but I am not sure anyone else will see the new photo. Others on gmail should continue to see your Google+ photo. All you are really doing is changing the photo on your own phone. I just changed it, sync'd the account and my Google+ photo was the same. i went back in and removed the photo and it reverted to the Google+ photo.
