How can I change the time on a Samsung Gear S2

Help...the time on my Samsung Gear S2 is 4 hours behind the actual time...how do I manually change the time?

I am using the Verizon version and that is all I can speak for. Go to Settings/Device/scroll down to Date and Time. Mine is grayed out and to access it, the S2 has to be in standalone mod (disconnected from the phone). Easiest way for me was power off the phone. This made the settings available. There is a setting for Auto date and time. Push it and turn it off. This will make the settings for Date, Time, Time Zone available for you. I assume it is basically the same on any Carrier device.
