How can I clean the bottom grille?

Is there a way for me to clean the bottom grille where the speaker and mic are on the Nexus 5? I'm blowing them with compressed air but it doesn't seem to help much...

Uhm, aren't you worried about the force of compressed air breaking the sensitive components of speaker and microphone? Those are just flimsy membranes aren't they?

I blew the bottom before and it was OK
