Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps, and select the app. If you can only uninstall updates and disable the app, that means it's preinstalled bloatware that you can't get rid of (unless you root the device). Disabling the apps will at least prevent them from updating (which can take more space) and opening into RAM (which may make the system slightly more efficient).
