How can I disable double tap unlock?

When my phone is locked in my pocket, sometimes it randomly double taps. Then it starts clicking on my notifications or uses emergency call to start dialing random numbers or even worse, it takes numerous photos of my pocket. It is very frustrating for me. I cant understand why there is no way to disable it or it is very well hidden.(using latest version of Android ONE)
