How can I disable the DCM Provider Ap and get rid of the pop ups that interrupt my entries?

Daily I get pop ups on my Galaxy 6S phone that interrupt whatever I'm entering, whether it's a calendar entries, a message, etc. The message on the pop up is "Unfortunately, DCMProvider has stopped working. I have to hit the OK button to get it to disappear, but it reappears a few minutes later. I have to go to Ap Manager, All, and find the DCMProvider, Force Stop it and clear data. There is a disable button but it's greyed out. This is only a temporary fix because it always returns, sometimes quickly, sometimes later in the day, but it always returns with the pop ups. Is there a solution to this problem. I've contacted Samsung and Verizon but no one seems to know how to disable it and get rid of the pop ups. Maybe you have a solution.
