Cannot 3 way call
I have an S6 Edge through Verizon. A couple of weeks ago, I began having a problem with 3 way calling that I cannot fix to save my life. What happens is that I call the 1st person - so far so good. I call the 2nd person, wait for the message that all 3 are connected, and begin the conversation. Unfortunately, it turns out that although the phone says that all 3 are on, 2 of us can speak normally and we can hear the 3rd person but that person cannot hear us. It doesn't matter whether I call land lines or cell phones, or which order I call the parties involved.
Please help!
