How can I edit a menu on my Moto360?

Changing Menu and Actions Set on Moto360

First of all, the menu on my Moto360 has all kinds of things on it that I don't need. They're options to choose for different actions, but they're labeled oddly. I was wondering if there was a way to edit the menu. Secondly, what is Action Set and what does it do? Any insight is appreciated!

When you say Action Set where are you seeing that? I have the Moto 360 and I do not see that option.
