How can I edit the music on my Galaxy Alpha?

Organizing music question

I have a galaxy alpha and just added bunch of music from my computer to it. What I want to know is if there is an app or something I can install on my computer to organize and edit the songs that don't have an artist name or album name, etc. I don't feel like doing it manually and wish that something could edit and rename it all for me
