How can I enable Call and Text on Other Devices on my Galaxy S10 (Verizon - USA)?

It appears that Verizon has blocked this feature from being used on their samsung phones. I have a galaxy tab s7+ (wifi) that I would love to use this feature for. Has anyone on Verizon or AT&T (also removed the feature) found a workaround to enable it?

Willing to do anything (root, flash, etc)

You have to use VZW messaging plus or whatever they call it instead of the built in Samsung app.

I don't want to use the VZW bloatware - I want the Samsung app
