How can I enable Screen Mirroring on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 wifi

I have the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 Wifi GT-P5210 and I have a 65in Samsung SmartTv just got it about 2 months ago. I can do Screen Mirroring with my BLU Studio S 5.5 but not my tablet. Is there a file I need to modify or download from somewhere. There has to be a way to do this through wifi without buying something extra.
