How can I filter GIF search in Android Messages on my S7?

I don't want inappropriate images coming up when I search for funny gifs to some friends or when my sons use a phone. Is there a way I can get google messages to not show images I don't want myself or children to see?

Edit: I don't have anyone sending me anything inappropriate. It is summer and if I lookup the word "hot", there are some things that come up that I find inappropriate. The same things go for words that seem to be rather common like "dance" or "exercise". I removed the app, but I would like to find a way to filter what comes up when using the GIF search function within the MEsages app.

Not really. You can use parental filtering to prevent them from going to certain websites, or only allowing them to go to certain websites, but if you have friends sending you messages with "inappropriate" pictures, just tell them to stop. Or block their numbers if they won't.
