How can I fix a blue screen on my Galaxy Tab 4?

I have a galaxy Tab 4

For some reason i have a blue screen. It will go to the home screen for a second and then back to the blue screen. What can I do? Thank you.

Welcome to the forums. I'm guessing the display may be bad. How old is the device? If you are still under warranty, you may be able to get Samsung to fix it.
