How can I fix a theme store error?

Theme store error

I have the s6 edge and love the theme store. However suddenly today it's stopped letting me download any new themes. It won't load the pictures of the theme on the store and I get a network error message (11 5/T500002) i've turned my hub on and off, my phone on and off and downloaded several apps successfully from the play store but no success with the theme store. Any ideas?

i have the same problem too . icant download any theme or even upgrade the theme shop
